Sexner & Associates LLC was founded in 1990.  Yet as simple as this concept seems, it remains surprisingly controversial.  Many law firms still look to be deeply rooted in the past, guided by the apparent notion that arrogance and poor customer service are a small price to pay for the legal and medical expertise their firm can offer.  At Sexner & Associates LLC, we could not disagree more.  We offer every one of our clients an aggressive prosecution of their case, backed by our outstanding medical/legal knowledge, experience, resources and history of multi-million dollar results. These things are, of course, exceptionally important as each client is entitled to no less than superior legal assistance.  But our attorneys know that personal interactions are equally as important. You want to be kept up to date on your case – after all, it is your case.  You want to have your calls returned promptly. You want to be able to ask any questions, without fear that your concerns will be viewed as inconsequential or trivial.  We agree with you and such is the basic concept upon which Sexner & Associates LLC was founded.

So we don’t play the ego game here, because there is no place here for that.  We may, or may not, have more education than our clients,whether your case involves medication errors, gastric bypass errors, or any other type of medical malpractice  Our clients may also know more than us in other areas of life.  Just because we are highly skilled in the area of medical malpractice law doesn’t mean that our skills are more important than yours. They’re just different skills. We understand that. So, at Mitchell S. Sexner & Associates LLC we offer it all to you, because all of it is important.  We’ll go out of our way to accommodate our clients, whether your case involves medication errors, gastric bypass errors , or any other type of medical malpractice. If we need to make a home or hospital visit for a potential client that can’t get to one of our offices, we’re glad to do that.
